Step 1: Capture the customer fast
Open Quick Drop and enter the minimum details needed to save the record.
Keep the name and contact info clear enough that the team can find the customer later.
- 1 Search for the customer or nearby place first so the drop is attached to the right account.
- 2 Choose the interaction type that matches what happened on the visit.
- 3 Save the interaction after the customer and drop details are both correct.
Step 2: Follow up with full cleanup later
- Use the main Customers area later if the record needs more structure or notes.
- Do not leave a rushed intake record messy if the customer becomes a repeat account.
