Step 1: Create the survey shell
Start from the survey list
Open Wholesale Surveys.
Enter the survey name first, then add a short description so the team knows the purpose later.

- 2 Use Manage to open the survey detail page for questions and notifications.
Step 2: Build the question set and notification rules
Use the detail page for the real setup
Open the survey detail page from the Manage button.
Add the questions your team will actually act on, then set the notification rules before you leave.
- Use rating questions when you want a fast score.
- Use text questions when you need detail.
- Turn on manager emails only for the locations that should respond.
