Open Import Center to see migration and setup workflows sorted around your company’s onboarding goals. Each card opens the workspace for that task; the center itself does not upload files or import records.
Work in manageable steps and open the linked guide before backfilling financial history or changing live workflows.
Quick facts
Start here
- Cards are ordered by your company’s onboarding goals. If no goals are configured, Recipes is the default focus.
- The cards route you to Recipes, Accounting Automation, Square or Stripe history imports, Wholesale Orders, wholesale customer setup, Delivery Routes, or Team Access & Staffing Setup.
- Import Center is a workflow chooser, not a file drop zone or import job monitor.
- Each workflow page owns its own validation, preview, and import steps.
Choose the card that matches your next goal
Open Import Center and read the Current onboarding focus near the top. The cards for those goals appear first. Select Open workflow on the task you are ready to work on.
If the focus looks wrong, ask a company admin to review onboarding goals before using the order as a migration plan. You can still open another card directly.
Continue in the workflow workspace
- For recipe setup, use Create recipes that cost and sell correctly.
- For account documents and bookkeeping workflows, use Set up accounting document automation.
- Before a Square history import, follow Import Square history safely before go-live. For Stripe history, follow Import Stripe history safely before go-live.
- For staffing setup, follow Invite staff and launch staff onboarding. For route planning, use Plan and optimize delivery routes.
- For wholesale customer setup and order history, use Configure the wholesale onboarding portal and payments and Place, fulfill, bill, and manage wholesale orders.
Keep financial imports reviewable
Use preview and validation in the destination workflow
Import Center only links to each workflow. Follow that workflow’s own mapping, preview, duplicate, and validation controls before importing financial history or changing live accounting data.
