Use My Account Paystubs when you need your latest payroll record without asking a manager first.
This page keeps your paystub list, leave balances, year-to-date totals, and W-2 preview in one place.
Quick facts
Start here
- Only finalized payroll runs show in the paystub list.
- The W-2 area shows employee copies, not the red IRS form.
- If W-2 download is blocked, turn on electronic delivery in My Account Taxes.
Step 1: Open the paystubs tab and review the summary cards
Start from My Account
Open My Account Paystubs.
Check the YTD gross, YTD net, and leave balance cards first so you know whether you need the list below or a full paystub.
- 1 Start with the year-to-date and leave summary cards before you open a detailed record.
- 2 Use the paystub list for finalized payroll runs when you need a printable pay date record.
- 3 Read leave balances separately from the paystub rows when time-off context matters.
Open the paystub you need
Use the newest row first unless you need an older pay date.
When a finalized run is available, use the View button in that row to open the printable paystub page.
- The Period column helps you match the check to the work dates.
- Leave balances update separately from the paystub rows, so read both areas when you need time-off context.
Step 2: Use the W-2 preview the right way
- Use Refresh W-2 if you changed the tax year and want a fresh preview.
- Download the PDF only after electronic W-2 delivery is enabled in the Taxes tab.
- If no preview is available, payroll may not have finalized enough year-end data yet.
- 1 Use the W-2 preview panel for employee copies after electronic delivery is enabled.
- 2 Change the tax year here before refreshing the preview.
- 3 Download becomes useful only when payroll has generated the forms and electronic delivery is on.
