Pick orders in route order

Use the picker to follow the saved route sequence, open each stop’s fulfillment screen, and keep loading work lined up with the driver plan.

Use Picker View after the day route has been saved in Routes.

The picker is designed to keep warehouse work, staging, and loading in the same order the driver will use later.

Quick facts

Start here

  • The picker follows the saved route sequence for the selected date and fulfillment location.
  • Reverse changes only the way the list is shown on screen. It does not rewrite the stored route order.
  • The list can include wholesale orders and internal transfers in one route.
  • Opening a stop’s fulfill page keeps you inside that route workflow instead of starting a separate search.

Step 1: Open the daily picker

Choose the same date and location used in the route plan

Go to Picker View.

Match the date and fulfillment location to the saved route plan so the stop list lines up with dispatch.

Picker View turns the saved route plan into a working stop list with one Fulfill action per stop.

Step 2: Work the stops in order

  • Start at the top of the list unless the dispatcher tells the team the route was changed.
  • Use the item counts and notes in the picker to stage the next stop before you open it.
  • Tap Fulfill on a stop to move into the linked order or transfer fulfillment screen.
Work the picker from top to bottom so warehouse staging and truck loading stay aligned with the saved route order.

Step 3: Use Reverse only as a view tool

Reverse is useful when the team is loading from the back of the truck forward or sanity-checking the return direction.

It does not save a new route order. If the actual route must change, update Routes and save there first.

  • Prev and Next navigation on linked fulfillment pages follows the saved route sequence.
  • If the picker order looks wrong, fix the route plan instead of working around it on the warehouse floor.
Reverse changes the current view only. If the actual stop order needs to change, update the saved route plan first.
