Start here when you are creating a brand-new workspace in Farin.

Open Get Started, add your company name and first location, then finish the rest of setup from Dashboard.

Quick facts

Start here

  • The public setup page lives at Get Started.
  • You can create a new account, use an existing account, or stay signed in with your current account.
  • You must accept the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before you can submit.
  • If you are still exploring, open Try Demo instead of creating a real workspace first.

Before you start

  • Pick the company name you want staff and customers to see.
  • Choose the first location or department name. Many teams start with Main and add more later.
  • Decide whether you are creating a new login or signing in with an existing Farin account.

Step 1: Open the setup page and enter the basics

Open the public company setup page

Go to Get Started.

If you only want to look around first, use Try Demo instead.

The company setup page keeps the first step short: company name, first location, account choice, and legal agreements.

Enter your company and first location

Type the company name you want Farin to use.

Add at least one location or department. You can add more rows with the + button.

  • Use a clear store or department name staff will recognize.
  • If you are not sure yet, keep the first location simple and rename it later in Settings.
Use the onboarding form to set the company name and the first location your staff will recognize right away.

Step 2: Choose your account path

Create a new account or use an existing one

If you are new to Farin, leave Create Account selected and enter your name, email, and password.

If you already have a Farin login, choose I Already Have an Account and sign in with that account instead.

The same onboarding form lets you choose whether to create a new login or reuse an existing Farin account.

Accept the legal agreements

Check both boxes for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The form stays blocked until both boxes are checked.

You must accept both legal agreements before the Create Company button can complete setup.

Step 3: Create the workspace and continue in the app

What Farin creates for you

Your company record and first location are created right away.

Farin also adds your manager membership, basic route access, and starting company defaults so you can keep setup moving.

Click Create Company.

When setup finishes, Farin signs you in if needed and sends you to Dashboard.

If something goes wrong

Fast fixes

If the company name is already taken, change it slightly and submit again.

If the wrong location name was entered, finish setup first and rename it later in Settings.

If onboarding stops before the redirect, sign back in and try the form again. Farin will keep using your account path choice.
